Registering a New Student
Welcome to Foothills Elementary School! We are excited to have you join our school family and can’t wait to meet you in person! Maryville City Schools has implemented an online registration process for all new students. The registration documents can be accessed here: https://www.maryville-schools.org/parentsstudents/registrationverifcation
The registration screen will allow you to create an account by clicking on the Create Account button at the bottom of the page. We also provide a digital kiosk in our front office that can be used to access these registration documents should you need it.
You will have the option to upload your residence verification paperwork online. If you are unable to upload these documents digitally, please bring them to the school office as we will need copies.
✓ A copy of your current mortgage/rental agreement
✓ A copy of your current utility statement
Along with completing the online registration, we will also need to make copies of the following important documents:
✓ Student’s proof of birth (one of the following forms) :
- Birth Certificate - issued by a government
- Passport issued by any nation (translated) or immigration documentation
- Decree of adoption or other records issued by a court
- Other official documentation showing date of birth and parent's names
✓ TN Certificate of Immunization
✓ Social Security card (if available)
✓ Any custody, legal, or health documents pertaining to the student
